Absolutely! Group classes welcome all levels, and private sessions are customized—if a pose feels too advanced, I’ll offer an easier variation to keep you safe and comfortable.
What’s the difference between yoga and mat Pilates?
Yoga focuses on breath, flexibility, and overall well-being, while Pilates is more core-focused and great for posture, strength, and injury prevention. Both complement each other beautifully.
Do you offer prenatal or postnatal yoga?
Yes, I offer customized private sessions for prenatal and postnatal needs. These are one-on-one and designed to be safe and supportive.
Do you take international (global) clients?
Yes, I do! I work with global clients for private one-on-one sessions conducted online over Zoom or Google Meet.
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. For online classes, make sure you have a quiet space with good lighting. I’ll guide you if any props are needed.
What if I miss a group class?
You can attend a makeup session if slots are available. Just drop me a message in advance.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy for private class?
Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Missed private sessions without notice may be counted as used. No refunds, but credits can be adjusted case-by-case.
What is the pricing for international clients?
Pricing for international private sessions is different from Indian rates. It will be shared after an initial enquiry and a short consultation call, once I understand your needs, time zone, and frequency of sessions.
